Information and reliance

Website material explains our capabilities and provides general information. It is not a project-specific assessment, connection approval, legal opinion, investment recommendation or offer to arrange finance. You should obtain advice appropriate to your project before making a decision.

Network conditions, regulations and market assumptions can change. We aim to keep material useful and accurate, but do not promise that every item is complete or current. Report scope, recipients and any reliance arrangements are agreed for each engagement.

Examples and interactive tools

Capability examples explain the kinds of questions the work can address. Where material is described as an anonymised engagement, identifiers are omitted and the outcome of one engagement should not be treated as a forecast for another.

The curtailment demo is a simplified educational calculation. It uses user-selected assumptions and does not model a real queue, network, dispatch strategy or financing arrangement. Its results are not a valuation or a forecast.

Ownership and permitted use

Quantail and its licensors retain rights in website text, branding, software and analytical material. You may view the website and share links for legitimate business purposes. Please obtain permission before republishing substantial material or using the Quantail brand to imply an endorsement.

Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. Website access does not grant a licence to Quantail’s proprietary tools or methodology.

Responsible use and external links

Please do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious material or use the enquiry form for unlawful purposes.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience. We do not control their content, availability or privacy practices. Booking a call takes you to Calendly.

Availability and responsibility

We may update or withdraw website material and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, Quantail is not responsible for loss caused by reliance on general website content or the simplified demo in place of an agreed professional assessment.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

Privacy and applicable law

The privacy notice explains how information is handled. These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you. Any commissioned engagement is governed by its own agreement.
